Consultation starts with understanding the design parameters such as ambient temperatures, maximum junction temperatures of the devices, shape and size restrictions, airflow and various other mechanical, electronic and thermal considerations.  We use thermal modeling software to predict the outcome in worse case, steady state and transient conditions depending upon the client requirements.

When the design has been optimized for it’s thermal performance and is ready for prototyping then a high level of confidence can be enjoyed that the unit will be under thermal control.
